I am a sole proprietor working as a chiropractor in Amherst Ma. I love my profession but I would like to own and rent several buildings and transition out of my current occupation. I and my husband are in our mid 50's and would like more personal and financial freedom. I have family members who have rental properties and are doing well.

I will be taking my real estate licensee exam on Monday. I am currently working as a nurse and if I continue down that path I will be working myself into my grave. So I'm here looking for a better way.
