US Airforce Vet Interested on starting my real estate journey. I love the idea of being able to bundle my purchases, so I prefer to purchase duplexes/ apartment buildings to maximize return capital per deal.
I am a 40 something entrepreneur, living & playing in paradise... Crested Butte, Colorado. I have started, run & sold several small businesses. I have also worked in Latin America in rural development. I am an avid skier, mountain biker, climber, surfer (when I get the chance) & animal lover.
I am currently working a full-time W2 job, I have my real estate sales license however I am not currently working with a broker. I am extremely curious and wanting to get into the real estate investment realm.
