I am a part time buy and hold investor from New York. Most of my investing is done out of state, primarily in Delaware. I am always looking to network with new individuals and invest in different states with great returns.
I'm a real estate agent in Madison, WI helping up and coming investors build wealth in multifamily, single family and short-term rental.
I completed my first rehab and househack in 2004. I have experience is flips, short term rental and management.
I am an aerospace engineer by day, looking to build long-term wealth through real estate. I self-manage long-term SFH rental properties in my local market. I also invest in a multifamily syndication as an LP. My focus at this time is networking.
