I head a credit team of multifamily underwriters dealing primarily in Fannie and Freddie (Optigo) conventional, affordable, and seniors housing transactions. I have recently relocated from the Washington DC area to South Florida and am interested in acquiring SFH and small MF properties as buy/hold assets.
