I currently own 33% of a single family rental home in Northern California with my brother and father. My father has been in the real estate industry for over 35 years. I work in banking and am looking to purchase my first piece of real estate on my own.
I would like to understand buy and hold real estate investing to create legacy wealth for my family.
Both my husband and I come from middle class families that have never invested in real estate so we do not have any first hand knowledge of how to do this.
