My husband is self employed and I am a stay at home mom. We are looking into expanding our investment opportunities. We currently have two condos that we bought a little over a year ago and would like to purchase more. We want to get good at fully understanding the buy and hold aspect of investing and then branch out.

I'm a small time landlord working a full time job as well. My wife is actually dealing with the tenants while I help out with maintenance and bookkeeping. I want to learn more and I heard this is a good place to do that so here I am.
