I work a full time job and invest in real estate in my spare time. I started investing in real estate just after I graduated college in 1996. I am actively trying to add to my rental home investment portfolio. I purchased 2 houses in 2012, 1 in 2013, 2 in 2014 and looking to purchase 2 or 3 in 2015.
