I grew up in Austin Texas. Spent 9-years in the US Navy. After separation I got into facility maintenance and thoroughly enjoyed it. I then switched gears to real estate starting with single family and multi-unit construction. A couple of years after my construction venture I earned my real estate license and have been in real estate since.
Im an environmental manager at an engineering firm in Baltimore MD. There's a lot of vacant homes for sale so I'm looking to put my feet in the real estate market. I've always been a go getter. Baltimore is a great market for REI. I'm looking to start with rental properties and maybe later do a lil flipping.
