I am new to rei ,bought my first house in July 09 and am about to put my third on the market in a couple weeks.Prior to this I worked for a small remodeling company for about 12 yrs.So I have alot of experience and contacts in that regard.Now I'm all in on rei and looking to learn from those who have been in my shoes.
