I started and continue to own a Martial Arts business. My first business has finally hit a point where it's running smoothly, and I find myself with more time to invest in something else.
Once again, I'm starting out with nothing, but I have an unmatched drive and optimism that Real Estate Investing will be a path for me.
My wife Nicole and I are new to Real Estate Investing. We want to be able to support our family while spending our time with them also. We are focusing on wholesaling and rehabbing to start, but plan to grow into holding rental property as well.
I grew up outside of Philadelphia. After university, I moved out of the country for work. Over the past decade, I've gathered some real estate experience in the Japanese and Chinese markets, and am looking to move things back on my home turf.
