My name is John Cote, I am new to real estate investing. I am looking to network with other real estate investors in the area. I want to start wholesaling properties and later grow my business into a full time fix and flip company.
I have been in the construction industry for 15 years. I am able to build a house from the ground up. I have been the general contractor on many flips for local investors and am now interested in doing one on my own.
I work directly with a private investor group out of Scottsdale, AZ. We want to deploy money to real deals that make sense. We want sponsors who have skin in the game and have realistic expectations. Our sweet spot is $2M-$10M. We can get much bigger deals done when needed. We will also buy off market Class A or B CRE.
I'm a 19 year old college student who works full time and lives in Colorado springs. I want to learn how to build assets young and get an early start on real living.
