I have one single family rental. I had a goal of purchasing one property every one to two years. I am having trouble even coming close to this goal. I am hoping with guidance from the bigger pockets community I will be able to achieve my goal.
I have always been interested in real estate. I flipped a condo I bought at the foreclosure auction in 2007. I also flipped a SFR a few years later.
I am looking to get deeper into the whole REI program. My goal is to be an investor full time within the next 12 months.
