Originally wanted to find my own personal property. Decided also to learn what I can to make an income. Hoping to find a possible mentor but without spending a bunch of money(don't have any), and then pass it forward.
I have been a real estate investor for many years now including in three countries. I am a licensed realtor and a licensed general contractor in city of chicago. I am also connected to a few big wholesalers.
I am fairly new to the industry having moved over from the mortgage industry. I have been doing multi family investing in apartment buildings since summer of 2013. I currently own 19 units and am a one man show. Want to buy more buildings to add to my portfolio and hold. Looking for ways to raise more cash for the down payment.
