Individual stock investor looking to diversify into real estate in the near future
I live in San Diego, but I am interested in buy and hold investments outside of my local area. My portfolio consists of vacation rentals, multi family and single family homes. Currently have my eye on more properties in Rochester, NY. Looking forward to establishing connections with like minded investors!
