Hello. I'm 45 yrs old. I'm originally from NEPA then moved to CNY back in June 2020. I've been wanting to get into real estate investing since '97 but life kept getting in the way. I've been an over the road truck driver for the last 2 years. I think it's the right time for me to fulfill this one dream.

I work full time for Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast as a Revenue Growth Management Analyst.
I own one 3 unit building and am looking to acquire more using the banks money wherever possible to source passive income.
I am just a young guy with big dreams of owning my own business and having a good life. After my first successful investment I plan to move on to bigger and better things!
Im new to rehabbing and flipping but i like to take stuff head on. I think im up for the challenges it will bring my way.
