I've owned a couple of homes-turned-rentals before, but this past year I purchased a duplex for the sole purpose of investment. I've put a lot of sweat equity into it, and I'd like to learn to work smarter not harder.

Real Estate Goals:
My goals are to use the house-hacking method to quickly get to my first goal of 25 units, with a $200 Cash Flow per door for a total of $5,000 per month Cash flow. Once I've reached my first goal of 25 units; I will transition to small apartment builds for a goal of 100 units at the $200 cash flow per door....
