Real estate newbie just looking to make some connections and trying to find my first deal
It all started after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad in 2004. I'm an investor trying to get back into the game. Looking for distressed or fixer SFH properties selling for below market to rehab as long-term rentals. Just needs to pass the 1% guideline and be in B or C neighborhoods in the Midwest.
