Architecture is my first love, but I started learning real estate investing in January 2021 and was hooked, bought my two first properties in July 2021 and now I'm working on the third. Focusing on buy and hold for the moment and goal is to create cash flow for FIRE. Still working that W2 full time as an Architect in Washington, DC.
Trying to build a LTR portfolio using multi family properties and the BRRRR model. My end goal is to do this enough times to turn all my “Green Houses” into a “Red Hotel” through 1031 exchanges. My next big step is to build meaningful, long lasting relationships with other investors through BP, and to obtain my real estate license.
I'm born in raised in New York City (Go Yankees). My love for real estate started with my introduction to the world of finance when I was 16 years old. I love my city, and helping people find their dream apartments here is a dream job. I'm currently 18; in the process of getting licensed.
