I am newly interested in Real Estate Investment. I have been contemplating it for years but have not taken it seriously until recently. I am interested in some flipping to build revenue but mainly buying and holding to build portfolio.

I know I am young...only a sophomore in college..but I know I don't want to be chained to a cubicle until I'm old.
