I am new and curious to the area of real estate. I know it is one of the avenues to obtaining wealth overtime. I figure it is time I get going on it. :)

I'm 58 currently living in OC California. I look to retire in a few years, take my home equity and buy a 4 plex in possibly Kentucky or Tennesee and start building my real estate empire.
