I flipped a single family house last year, I have another home I purchased this year, I am attempting to rent that home through a management company, this home has been on the market for approximately 2 months.

I am a semi truck driver that is ready for a career change. I am ready to find a career that doesn't require me to work 70 hours a week but also brings in at least $80,000 a year. My first child will be born in May 2015 and I would love to work less and have more time for my family.
