Just out of college with no debt and a good paying job. I'm looking to leverage my excess income by applying it to real estate investing.
I'm looking to learn as much as I can as fast as I can so that when I have saved enough money to make a transaction I maximize my return every time.
I am interested in flipping properties as a wholesaler in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. I have a couple buy and hold rental properties but find they are more a burden than a producer. I have no desire to sell them though unless I can get some profit. I believe I am good at locating properties but fall short in negotiating deals.
I have been financing real estate of all kinds - investors, commercial, portfolio, construction and development, etc. - for over 20 years and have a number of different options available.
