Now living in Texas from New York. I've successfully done a couple of live-in flips in the past and am looking to get into real estate investment for passive income (rental property) as well as possibly doing some flips if I can find the right deal.
I'm a young single guy with no experience in real estate - currently reading books and doing research online regarding the process.
Currently I seem most interested in multi-family properties (maybe that will change with enlightenment?).
