I am beginning to explore SFH as an investment. I have a background in Finance and Accounting and am looking to really understand the technical differences between different investment vehicles.

Hi, my name is Tim. I live in south central PA. I own a small electrical contracting business; I'm a master electrician by trade. I purchased my first home when I was 24 as my primary residence. Since then I've been leaning more toward investing in real estate.
