My husband and I live in southern New Hampshire and we are interested in real estate investing. Looking for opportunities for flipping and obtaining rental properties.
I'm just getting started investing. I'd like to create income for my retirement primarily, but would also love to quit my day job and be able to focus on my indie filmmaking career instead.
I am a Real Estate Investor. I currently am working to find MORE cash buyers who know what they're looking for, just don't want to do the "leg work" of going out and finding the properties. I work with cash buyers and sellers and get the best deal possible for all parties.
I've successfully flipped some properties a few years ago and I'm ready to get back in the market. I used to do residential construction and carpentry work, so I understand the ins and outs.
I am just now starting and learning about how to invest. I'm looking into vacation homes. Only I don't want to jump into anything until I get my information correct.
