I'm a new investor who works a full time as a Quality Assurance Manager. I got into investing with the goal of building generational wealth for my small family and, like everyone else, get more time to do what I want.
I am 9 months into the rough & tumble, wild-wild west of on-line wholesale real estate investing. SOOO many shiny objects out there to look at, so many gurus offering their pay-for-play, it's hard to know where to pay the most attention...but I've learned alot already, done 50+ deals, ready for more / bigger / better.
In addition to being a US real estate investor I am a tax accountant that specializes in CDN & US tax with a focus in real estate investments.
Experience:
I own a number of commercial and residential units in Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
I first invested in multi family in 2008. I made the mistake of flipping a couple properties, holding one and then stopped! I still regret that but I'm back at it now and looking to continue to build my portfolio via 1031 exchanging into more units each and every time I sell.
