I'm currently a professor at a four-year university in Wisconsin. Yet, I basically live paycheck to paycheck with little saving at the end of each month or year. I'm tired of working extremely hard for little returns. I'm now looking into Real Estate Investment as the path to create wealth and reach my financial goals.
