We own a single family rental, which we're considering putting on the market. I'm interested in leveraging it for a tri/quad and am educating myself on RE as an investment, rather than just renting out an old home we used to live in.

I am gravely interested in getting involved in Real Estate Investing. I have spent weeks studying and learning about the industry, but I am eager to drive this into action. Finding a match with a mentor is most important to me right now, as well as building my power team of investors.
