I am relatively new to the Real Estate investing world. I moved out of my first house and decided to keep it as a rental. Just recently, I purchased my 2nd rental house in September 2015 which is a 3-bedroom student rental with a 2 bedroom legal accessory apartment, in Waterloo, Ontario. Can't wait for the 3rd property!
