Have a house in my name, and it's almost paid off in full so there's a lot of equity in it. And I'd like to start investing with the equity so I can have another source of income and be financially free so I won't have to trade time for money.

I own a home in southern ill and last December the kithen burned. The rest of the house just needs a face lift. I would like to find someone who would like to buy it and flip it. Large 3 bdr 2 story house. Large lot and storage building. VERY REASON ABLE
