We sell nonperforming notes nationwied and have small to large portfolios available. We work directly with banks and institutions. If you are interested in buying nonperforming portfolios you must have liquid funds to invest and be able to move quickly when a portfolio fitting your needs becomes available

We have had some success in R.E. buying, renting and flipping but are willing to learn more from others. I won't live long enough to make all my own mistakes LOL
