Originally from Brooklyn, NY, I have moved to New Jersey in the Harrison area in 2015. Looking to invest in the Hudson, Bergen, Essex & Union county. I am also a New Jersey licensed real estate agent.
I am a Software Engineer in the Bay Area, that is just getting started in real estate investing. After looking into fix and flip for a while, I am now mostly interested in out of state SF and MF buy and hold properties. I am currently owning properties in San Antonio TX and Indianapolis IN.

Investinista started going full throttle 2018—In less than 6 months I acquired a 9 unit, 4 unit, a SFR in Columbus, Ohio. I have been an airbnb host since 2010 and has one in Atlanta. Now in 2023, i have added one more SFR and a duplex, plus a 7 bedroom Co living facility into my portfolio. I love the Real Estate World and the people in it....
