I'm currently a college student quickly approaching the real world and I want to start investing ASAP. My grandfather has had multiple rental properties as long as I can remember and I've always had the dreamer's mindset of hoping to make it big by taking his real estate ideas to a whole new level. Obviously I know little to nothing right now...
I am currently looking to get involved in the real estate investment community, in any capacity possible. Real estate has captured my interest as I'm trying to build wealth and invest for my kid's future. I don't have very extensive knowledge, and am very open to learning all aspects of the field.
I am a LT in the US Navy with one rental property looking for more opportunities in long term, vacation or event space rentals.
