I am a total newbie to real estate, finished my first build a year ago. I'm house hacking by living in a separated casita and using the rest of the house for nightly rental.
My goal is FI by age 30 and I think I can do that through real estate.
I do solar sales and install in Las Vegas and live in St. George UT

I want to learn to buy, fix and sell houses. I have been in construction for 25 yrs and want to start making more money and learn how others do this. I'm very motivated and really want to start doing this. Been talking about it for a while but now is the time to start acting.
