Hello all. I am an actively-practicing physician/surgeon. Am looking to diversify my investments through the addition on real estate. I have completed several small remodels to date. Am planning to target single family/duplex properties, as well as vacation rentals. Would consider flipping, if the right opportunity presents itself.
