I am very new to this field. Seems very interesting - hard work and all. I am seeking a knowledgeable and active mentor as I go through the beginning phase. I have attended a few seminars and attend local REIA meetings. I presently have a mentor who is proving to be a real disappointment - All talk and no action.

I just relocated to Cleveland and am interested in acquiring investment properties to self manage.
When I lived in Dallas TX we had 2 investment properties. One was great, the other was a learning experience.
