I've been studying and interested in real estate for about 6 years now, but made an active push to become successful in the past 24 months. I'm focused in lease option deals, worked with wholesaling previously, and still interested in getting help and advice with wholesaling, short sales, and tax liens.
I currently own a SFR as a rental. I'm looking to enter the commercial arena as a wealth and income building strategy for retirement.
