I am Nashville based. I am married with 3 kids. Our dream is to move to the beach on 30a in the gulf. Exploring should we rent our house in a hot market (Nashville) and use that to generate revenue. But we would also love to look at picking up a few properties in Nashville and on 30a to generate revenue in markets that we are familiar with.
