I would like to get into real estate investing. I've been in the construction business for thirty years and know just about everything there is to remodeling. I have some money to invest and would like to start buying houses to fix up and either sell them or rent them.
I have been in Real Estate since 1994. I have been a broker, appraiser, loan broker. I have bought and sold fix-and-flips. I have bought and sold several small apartment buildings. I went to law school in 2010 and graduated in 2015. My business philosophy is win-win.
