I'm a married father of 3 babies all under the age of 4. Therein lies my "why". The real estate industry is a means to enjoy life with my wife and experience our kids growing up rather than only see them when work allows.
It's amazing how the world opens up when you have that "aha!" moment and are nevermore intimidated by anything....
