Hello everyone, all I have to say is I am excited to be a part of bigger pockets and the real estate game. There are two reasons why I wanted to get in the real estate game, first I like to delegate, second I enjoy solving peoples problems, oh and the cash flow, it just make me sooooo happy.

I am brand new to the industry! I just partnered with two others to start flipping properties to build capital, then go into rentals after I gain some experience. I’m open to any advice!
