I'm 40 yrs old and I am in the beginning process of being a flipper. I've successfully flipped a smaller home and want to do another. I have two kids, a wife and a mundane office job.

Other than owning my own home, I have no experience in real estate investing. That being said, i'm considering commercial real estate as an investment and/or buying a double and renting it out.
I have a lump sum I recently received and do not feel comfortable putting it entirely in the stock market right now.
