I am new to real estate investing, and looking to purchase a STR home. I currently live in NYC, but spend most of my time in MD now. I am interested in short term rentals in Tampa or Orlando, and eventually moving into the DMV area and beyond. Ideally, I'd like to build a portfolio of homes for the short term rental market.
