I am new to real estate investing, want to build a portfolio of cash flowing properties with the resources I have.
I am a Realtor in Corpus Christi, Texas. I also have a full time job and have dreams and aspirations of investing and being able to work for me.
I am gathering as much information as possible to start me real estate investing journey. I am looking to buy my first home to rent or sell. I have a network of friends I am going to work with to bring more value to the property (and properties in the future).
