My husband and I have been investing in real Estate part time for about 15 years. I am wanting to getting involved full time. We have flipped a couple of houses and had 12 rental properties at one time. I am interested in getting into wholesaling, and do some flipping. I had my real estate license at one time but am not currently licensed.
