My primary employment is working in the IT Security industry helping business build security practices but have always had a passion for housing going back to doing projects with my dad as a kid.

I do not want to put myself in a bubble for real estate, because I like single family all the way to large 200 apartments, storage buildings, car washes, office warehouse space, and/or mobile home parks. But I guess that my niche right now is 5 unit to 200 unit apartment buildings...
