Listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast has got me interested in pursuing real estate investing. My wife and I used to own a rental which we sold a few years back to purchase our current home. We'd like to get back into owning rentals once again.
My wife and I currently own two duplexes in the greater Lansing, MI area, one triplex in Lancaster, OH and always looking for more opportunities with good cash flow.
