I am not looking to buy and hold at this time, but rather am looking to buy, rehab and sell. I am currently looking for referrals to reputable contractors and general contractors who are experienced with helping investors who buy and flip single family homes.
Currently own a restoration business called Fresno grave groomers.. Specializing in bronze and granite restoration .i do hold a real estate license but haven't practiced in several years Would like to learn real estate investing in multi family units
