I'm currently involved with residential rental property which I use to diversify from my other non real estate investments. Interested in increasing current income and maybe buying more property in the future.

I am a teacher who is looking to supplement my income because teachers don't make enough money to live comfortably. I have a son who I am trying to support until he gets his career off and running. I have a couple of rental properties but I need more to SURVIVE. I'm sinking!!!
