I invest in Mobile Home Parks nationwide. I previously presented at the mobile home park investing boot camps put on by Dave Reynolds and Frank Rolfe. I have done hundreds of 'lonnie deals', and keep a active mobile home finance portfolio in the Denver market. I no longer actively invest in mobile homes unless they are infilling my own parks....
